Mishustin appoints Daniil Yegorov as head of tax service

MOSCOW, Jan 17 (PRIME) -- Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has appointed Daniil Yegorov as head of the Federal Tax Service, according to a relevant ruling released on the government’s website on Friday.

“To appoint Yegorov Daniil Vyacheslavovich as director of the Federal Tax Service,” the document said.

Before the appointment, Yegorov held the post of the service’s deputy director.

Mishustin, who was previously head of the Federal Tax Service, was appointed as the country’s prime minister on Thursday after the previous government resigned on Wednesday.
